What happens if after job is done tradesmen can not be contacted.

After my roof was repaired a tile has slipped down. I have tried to contact company but no reply

If you can't get hold of the roofer tradesman try again if not don't panic ring another roofer ask them to take look and see you if they can help.

Hi send a recorded letter stating what has happened to the roof. Advise them that if they do not return. You will seek another contractor to repair roof . And will be claiming from them the money . Or by a small claims court. Thanks regards Richard. RSB

If you cannot get a response the roofer? is not a tradesman probably a cowboy make sure you obtain genuine references, liability insurance details etc. before using someone else.
