Conservatory supplier made a mistake in their quoted price

Getting a replacement conservatory. Builder (the contractor) provided a quotation to remove old one, prepare ground works and fit a new conservatory. Contract was signed (£13,900, fixed price), and various payments (staged payments) made (deposit, paying the Trades). The supply of the conservtory, from a major UK outfit, has been delayed for nearly a year, with the factory claiming delays due to COVID, shortage of staff and world wide materials shortages At the 11th hour, the factory contacted the builder and said they forgot to include glass in their pricing of a conservatory (!), and the order will not be fulfilled (glass ordered) until they had that payment. A small (<10%) discount was offered by way of apology. My back garden looks like a building site. The factory is refusing to budge with the builder, citing their own contract terms, and saying, basically, pay up. I asked the builder if the figure from the factory seemed low in his experience. He didn't think it was obviously low. Having waited the best part of a year, I have reached an accomodation with the builder, where I put in a bit, the builder puts in a smaller amount, just to get things moving. I'm out of pocket to the tune of £900. Can I get that back from the supplier (ie. does their offer to the builder form part of the contract to supply me).
