Wet room floor repair

We have a wet room which was installed before we moved in the house. I have just noticed the vinyl flooring has cracked on what looks like a seam in one corner. The area doesn’t get covered directly with water but moisture from condensation appears to be getting in the gap. Is there a product I can buy to seal up the he crack without ripping up the floor?
