Building regulations states that any fence can not be no higher than 2m and if on public highway near roads 1.2m high. Shed /summer house got to be away from the house buy 2.5m and no higher than 2.5 and can not take up no more than 50 percent on the garden anything over hang your boundary you can ask them to take it down or move it or you can get a solicitor to help you and take them to court

Get some chairs and a table 😉🤣 No all jokes aside just ask them to move it. If that don't work you can contact your local council and discuss the issue with boundary queries.

Frances can be up to 2.0m above ground level without planning permission but anything over that then they would have to get permission for a fence of that size. I would say to seek legal advice about this so they can do the proper checks and make sure the necessary permissions were granted before the installation

Jones Garden And Ground Maintenance is right on the money. . it shouldnt be hanging over your side and the post is too high. I would ask them to move it in the most politest way. things like this can often cause problems. wonder how they would feel if it was the other way around?
