Builders left screw holes in our down pipe after they moved and re-attached it, does it matter?

The builders moved our down pipe and re-attached it. We now have a few screw holes in our down pipe (no screws in!). Does this matter?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi
As long as no water trickles through when it rains
It also depends where the holes are on the downpipe
If it’s where a socket is connected then the inner connector should cover the hole on the inside
Hope this helps

The down pipes should not have any screw holes in it as when fitting pipes to swans necks then these should be superglued together hold all parts tight.
Although you won’t have too many problems with the holes as the water comes down vertically but it doesn’t look nice.

Not cosmetically pleasing but shouldn’t cause a problem.
