Hi, Over time you will get a lot of examples from different people and different ideas. My opinion on external walls and moulds it’s pretty straight forward. Taking out the old rendering to the bricks and applying pvc mould protection, reapply l again new rendering let it dry properly and paint with external mould paint and then decorating with your choice Color. I guarantee you, you will have no more problem. All you need it’s a skill man to do both.
