Neighbour left our roof tiles with lots of debris, poured water cement marks on our new roof tiles.

Our new roof(tiles)done & yr after our neighbours replaced theirs.They wanted our shared chimney rendered so we paid half(£250each) to the renderer they hired. But they fell out.Neighbour knocked said they will do our bit as favor as they wont allow the renderer to be on their property again.They rendered the chimney but painted it w/their color motif w/o us knowing.They left our roof w/ lots of splats,big marks of water w/cement.

Sorry not a lot I can say you need to chat with your neighbour to fix it out.unfortunally judging by your neighbours behaviour it probably explains why he fell out with the tradesman , unfortunately you have to live next door to this guy so it's probably better to try and fix thing out between you. Best route will be to speak to your neighbour and come up with some sort of agreement for damage done!!

The best answer is be polite and ask ur neighbour to se if u can resolve the problem between u both explain it not a big job so it shud b early sorted between u both or ring the roofer and ask them to correct the problem he had caused no one likes a dirty job it up to them to leave the job clean and tidy oveisly
