Hot tub drainage tube best sealing tape.

I want a good waterproof tape to seal a plastic drainage tube for my hot tub. I have insulating tape on just now, but it has come loosed a couple of times when I moved the hot tub for cleaning. Please can someone recommend a good tape that will seal, stick and hold in place. Thank you.

Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Tape
(Comes in white or black).
All depends if the pipe in question is a fixed sturdy pipe with not a lot of movement, or a suitable replacement pipe that’s flexible.
