Underfloor heating(electric) not working in one room

We have underfloor heating (electric) in both kitchen and utility room. The floor is tiled and same in both rooms. Kitchen’s underfloor heating is not working but utility’s does. What are the steps involved in fixing this? I’m hoping to fix the issue without lifting all the tiles but will do if that’s the only way to fix it. So am hoping fit some advice on the steps to fix it. Thanks

The valve head is more than likely blocked and will need a biocide chemical adding to the system

Forgot to add earliear make sure power is isolated before any checks are made, preferably use a qualified electrician. Electric underfloor heating doesn't have a valve, remove the thermostat head and see if there is resistance in the wiring, the instructions should tell you what ohms there should be, if it registers 0 then the mat is damaged, if there is the correct resistance then it could just be the stat.

Please could you clarify if the underfloor heating is electric matting or electric wet system.
You may want to post this to the electrical trades section of the site as opposed to plumbers who install and diagnose wet systems.
