Monocouche render discoloured and looks terrible

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.40 PM

We had the front of our house rendered with monocouche about 3 years ago. There is now discoulouring where it appears lighter almost white against the sandstone colour. This is behind a downpipe. It looks pretty unsightly and I feel I want it all ripped off because of it. Is there anything that can be done to restore the finished appearance?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

It can be repainted in the original colour it will discolour behind the pipe as the sunlight does not reach it

These textured finishes all eventually need painting so that's the answer
