Is it aloud to run low level gas pipe in plastic external

You should not be running gas pipe in plastic. It should be run in copper. It can be run low level as long as its in a place where it won't get damaged. It would be better to get a gas safe engineer to come and have a look and give you a quote. Hope this helps, all the best.

Absolutely Not !! All exposed gas pipework must be installed in Mild Steel or Copper. MDPE Gas Pipework can be used externally but only where buried in accordance with the British Standards and not in direct sunlight.
