Blocked pipe with saniflow at the other end

I have a shower which pipe is blocked and I have a saniflow the other end I have tried lots of ways to unblock but struggling to get it cleared any ideas?

it could be jammed or the motor is defective, either way you will have to isolate it from the power, then take it apart to find out if it is jammed, be careful sharp parts inside.

Ring the manufacturer and ask them to send out a service guy I won't touch them with a barge pole il install them but not service them

I would just replace the whole Saniflow unit while it is disconnected I would make sure the waste pipe from the shower is clear before repairing old unit or replacing all together
