Updates: it is fixed I should connect two blue neutrals with each other. Thanks for all. Hi there, I have changed the bulb light in one of the bathrooms and the electricity was cut in the other two rooms, no tripped fuses, the rest of the home lights are working. Any ideas please? Thanks

You have disconnected the looped live or neutral to the rest of the lights. Basically wired your new fitting incorrectly.

Sounds like there is a lose connection in the light you have changed. I would consider getting a qualified approved electrican to check the work.
