Sink tap mixer working ok but shower mixer getting very hot . On instant gas water heater

Hi ,
You can try installing a TMV ( thermostatic mixing valve ) using this you will have a temperature of maximum 48 degrees

If other hot taps in the house are a good temperature it's likely the cartridge in the shower valve is faulty, assuming it's a mixer valve and not electric.

It sounds like you may have a fault with your shower valve, if it is not mixing with the cold then it will be your temperature regulator or a blockage on the cold inlet. A plumber will be able to investigate for you.
