Slow draining shower

My Saniflo is struggling to clear the water out of the shower , the run to the outside soil stack is 6m long ,is this to much ? The Saniflo is only 6 months old as we replaced the old one but not the pipework, it draindaway when it was first installed but not for long ,we hadthe same problem with the old one

Should be minimum6 inch drop 1 inch per metre run or mabe blockage

Seems as though your missing an air admittance valve on the outflow from the shower to the saniflo entry point

The problem is most probably from the shower to the waste pump, check the hair trap, , the fall for the waste pipe from the shower tray to the Sanilo should be approximately 1 in 4 for best gravity flow to the pump with minimal bends.
