Smell from the ensuite in bed room

There is a shower in the ensuite, there always some smell come out from the shower drainage. How can i get rid of this problem? This is a modern flat build in 2003, I am at 12 floor. There is another bathroom next to the kitchen, which hasn't got any smells. Shower drainage worked very well so it is not blocked.

It sound like the trap they used is not doing the job it should, if it was it would stop the smell coming through.
