Can I use s spray paint over matt emulsion I've used as a base on wooden doors

Matt Emulsion is not a adequate primer/undercoat for kitchen units.
Use a purpose made undercoat for the job in hand.

You should use oil based primer and undercoat otherwise it chip off easily

as long as you painted onto bear wood i wood lightly sand down and this will give you a key for any spray paint you use pref water base would be ok.
