Washing Machine and dryer in hallway cupboard next to the bathroom

How easy/hard would it be to install a washing machine in a hall way cupboard which is directly next to the bathroom(the bath taps is on the other side of the wall) and hard wiring the washing machine and the dryer as we'd stack them OR putting in a double electric socket.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

It can be done but you need both plumber and electrician to do a survey first before you buy anything, mainly on drainage side

i think to be totally honest this job would all come down cost if the drainage is a issue a saniflow can be used for the waste water for the washing machine and /if the dryer is condensing also if the wall dividing the bathroom is brick it could cause a problem in getting service pipes in and waste out
