Drayton LP722 Programmer and Boiler not speaking

my drayton programmer has the light on and i tried doing the reset of the programmer, but the boiler won't turn on. is there anything i should do? it's a new programmer and had an electrician come in last week (who said he has the same programmer at home) but not sure if there's anything else i should be doing/exploring?

We need me re information. What system are you running. Is your boiler a combi or do you have a water tank. When you say the boiler is not switching on does this mean there is no power to the boiler or do you mean that when calling for heat the boiler is not switching on.

U tube it my friend. My bet there be talk through videos and step my step instructions. All programmers have their own idiosyncratic programming menus.
