3 Circuit track lighting: Can new spots be wired into old dimmers?

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.37 PM

Hi I have to replace some spotlights on museum 3 circuit track lighting. I cannot find any spotlights with integral individual dimmers in my price range. Can the dimmers (which are set between the light and the track on my old lights) be reused and wired into new spotlights? many thanks

Hi Sara, I'd love to help you with your question however I've never heard of a museum 3 circuit track light... Maybe post some photos of links in your next question.

Old dimmers should work with the new spotlights as long as the spotlights are direct replacement or the same specs of the old ones.
