Replacing my Fence. How to keep original boundaries ?

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 3.20 PM

I am replacing my Fence. How to make sure the new fence will be positioned exactly over the same boundary lines ? I live abroad and my letting agents are managing the property ?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi it dose depend on thr different type of fencing you require. If yòu had just removed panels with smaller posts and you are replacing with say close board then the fencing is completely different and wider so a good idea would be to ask yr neighbour and explain the difference you both csn sort out together where tge line of fence should go .i hope this helps
