No tradesmen should be working with covid, the rule in construction is if you have any symptoms of covid you should not go to work or site self isolate get a test if negative you can rtn to work. If you are having tradesmen in your home make sure Windows are open and all involved are wearing masks hope this helps.

Do you mean with the current Covid situation or someone who has tested positive for it? If it’s the first one... yes, but only if all measures are taken ie mask, social distancing etc. If it’s the second one obviously not as the person should have stayed at home!

If you have covid you should not go to work is common sense. You need to isolate and you need to be checked asap . If though through covid ,your allowed to work in customers homes providing you wear mask at all times .

They question is unclear as to if it means for anyone working while COVID restrictions or working while suffering from COVID. Yes tradespeople are allowed to during the pandemic but not if they suspect or experience they suffer from COVID
