Moving Radiator in new build

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.37 PM

Hi, I am about to move into a new-build flat, but unfortunately, the radiator in the lounge is located on the wall where the TV needs to go. I was wondering if it would be possible/easy to move it to behind the door. The flooring is Kahrs Oak (with click system it seems like), but the pipes go into the wall and not into the floor. What region of costs can I expect? Thanks

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

The pipes will go up the wall and into the ceiling, cost will depend on a few factors do you have loft access in the flat ? Is it moving to a solid wall or a stud wall

It is not possible to give any indication of the cost without a site visit I would suggest you put a post on this site stating your req and I am sure you will find a local tradesman who would be pleased to call and give you a quote
