Neighbours builder damaged my fence.

Hi guys, Would really appreciate your views on this situation. My neighbours builder drove his van onto my fence and damaged it. The builder accepted responsibility and agreed to repair it without getting insurance involved. It’s nearly 3 weeks now and all I get is excuses. The fence is still damaged. I’ve asked for his details including insurance but no luck. What do I do here? Thanks

I'd recommend finding out the companies Director and speaking to them?

Depending on the size of the company, I would pursue whoever is in charge and keep photos of the damage.

Find out what company they work for and talk direct to there manger or director and poseur it further that way as a start.
