Boiler coming on when heating is turned off to hot water only

My heating seems to keep coming on when the boiler is switched to hot water only. If the thermostat is set to 18 for example then the heating will fire up until it reaches this temperature - even though the boiler is switched to hot water only? I am sure this has only started to happen recently and has not done this before. Is this something to do with the thermostat or a setting within the boiler or even a fault? I have an IDEAL combi boiler

Looks like diverted valve sticking between hot water and central heating. Possible requires new actuator

Hi it’s not actuator it’s the valve it’s self passing new body required
