Staircase cracks and damaged 6x1 floorboards

Hi there, So basically I have a few issues to resolve. They are as follows:- a) My staircase has a few cracks at the top and makes a squeeky noise when walking up or down the stairs. What's the best way to resolve this issue. Is it to do with going below the staircase to reinforce it with something and do I need some form of wood glue and gun..? b) During the renovation period a number of floorboards had to be lifted for rewiring and plumbing purpose. In the process some of these 6x1 original flooring have got damaged. Where can I get hold of this product to replace the damaged ones. Is there some timber merchants shop selling these..? c) I have recently had some laminate flooring laid in my ground floor reception rooms 1 and 2. Upon recent inspection I noticed the floor make sound like a creek in the middle and it would appear there is a hump in the middle of a room. I even double checked this with a spirit level. So my question now is how do I rectify the situation. Will I need to lift all the flooring up. Not sure how the contractor who did the job did not pick up on this issue from the start of the project..? Need urgent advice please... Any help would be appreciated.
