Always a symptom of poor ventilation. Will only get worse if not rectified. Increase your whole home ventilation by installation of a PIV system or take a look at your moisture production inside the house. Don’t dry clothes or towels on radiators or drying racks etc.

A good Damp surveyor will work out your atmospheric moisture levels, wall temps and dew points to find out exactly what u need to do to remedy. PIV is the most likely solution

Hi Nick
Yes, I 100% agree with Willerby, ventilation and not drying clothes in that room is the key to solving.
Bleach is great if you want to kill the mould as a temp measure while you find a perm solution. Thin bleach for walls etc. and think bleach for the silicon around baths and basins ect. (just cover will loo roll strips for 4-6 hours, remove the tissue (wearing gloves and throw in bin) wash down bath after and repeat if needed.
Hope this helps

This is definitely condensation dampness, a huge problem now due to the way we seal our houses up with double glazing, insulation etc. You need to fit a whole house Positive Ventilation Unit in the loft which will cure the problem, these units ventilate the whole house and create an environment where mould and mildew simply can’t exist,
