What you need to do if you have a mixer tap in the kitchen with one spout move the valve to centre position, with one hand block the spout with your hand and preferably drape a dry towel over your hand to minimise any spray coming of the tap then open valve for 15 seconds and this should clear the air lock,if you have two taps in kitchen sink then buy 2 tap to hose connectors and a short bit of garden hose you can then form a bypass from cold to hot again open both taps for 15 seconds

Your kitchen tap is usually fed from the mains and the rest of the taps fed from the tank. Will be either an airlock or a blockage in between the tank and other water outlets.

Connect a mains pressure hose (garden to the hot water tap in the bathroom preferably the bath and gently turn the water on forcing the air lock out.

Call back the bathroom installer to get it fixed and certainly do not pay them until the problem is resolved.
