Daikin Altherma 7H-01 "Water flow problem"

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.38 PM

Hi All, I have a Daikin Altherma Hybrid system (air source heat pump/gas) that is reporting a 7H-01 "Water flow problem" error leaving me without heating. A system reset clears the fault for a while (anywhere from 15 minutes to several hours) but it then comes back and the heating goes off again. I have found some evidence of a leak in the pipework near the unit, but there is no loss of system pressure that I can see. Any ideas? Many thanks, Matt

7h -01 would indicate low flow or no flow so first check pimps are running, all valves are open, and also depending on where you are in the country that you pipework is not frozen, Also you could ring Daikin and they’ll talk you through fault finding diagnosis
