If the feedback is true and an honest appraisal of what work they carried out then you have nothing to worry about.

Feed back is there for people to decide to go with that company , as long as you don’t lie , and tell the truth , you have the Wright to leave what feed back you like , and no they will not be able to take you court

No, you cannot bring forward litigations to the court simply because someone left you a bad review. This is a democracy and we are all entitled to our own opinions and beliefs which we write in a review. However what you say in the review must not infringe on the rights of anyone i.e if you are racist in your review then litigations can be persued for racism but not for the bad review in it self.

Agreed. However if the job has been done to a good standard and was agreed at the point of contract, yet the review is not fair or the review in some way causes that company to lose work despite there not being 100 percent proof of bad work. The company should be given a time to rectify or remedy any mistakes before a bad review is posted as this will only cause animosity and bad feeling between company and customer. Just my take on the customer reviews.

I've worked for a few customer's on this website a small number for reasons unknown can't be bothered to leave feedback good or bad.
