It sounds like the drainage holes are blocked or even no drainage holes in mainframe.I’ve seen it before no drainage holes

Water will pass the rubber gaskets around the frame, but the windows are designed for the water to escape through the drainage holes/slots. If the external holes are in line with the internal drainage holes wind can blow any water in the frame inside and through the glazing beads. It’s not always a good idea to drill more holes as this increases the risk of lining up the drainage holes.

This sounds like an installation issue, you should only get a minimal amount out water through the window, check to make sure ghe drainage is in the correct place and not blocked, if not that check the external sealing especially the top around the lintels that nothing is getting in there, also check the compression off the glass unit in the frame

Hi, if I'm understanding you correctly then it could be that bridging packers have not been used so the water can't run away as it should. Check when glass units are out that the packers used sit raised of the frame to allow water to pass underneath.
