Why is my porch wall wet

The outside wall of my porch is wet where it is wet there is a gutter drain pipe which may be leaking . Would the water run down my wall making it very damp

Yes, it's common for down pipes to get clogged up with moss & leaves an easy fix.

Pretty sure that’s you’re problem( without seeing it) .. check it when it rains heavy. Sometimes if you tap the pipe at the bottom working up you can tell if it’s blocked. We recently cleared one which was blocked from the bottom to the top( 7m) and the water was pouring over the top of the gutter. Hope this helps.
