Hello First thing Is this property a listed building if so what ever is decided permission will need to be granted The face has come of because moisture has got into the main brick face and over the years as with most old softer bricks the frost has got in and expanded and blown face my opinion would be to clean the brick faces and put a water resistant coating onto face of bricks or a quick fix whilst waiting to decide is pva the faces If there are only a small amount with the faces missing replace with reclaimed bricks to match

Hello. Replace bricks with good reclaimed ones. We do a lot of this type of renovations and it’s 90% of the time frost damage.

Paint them blue
