Vaillaint EcoFit pure is heating up despite thermostat being off

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 3.17 PM

Good morning, I’ve got a brand new Vaillant boiler installed together with a Mixergy vented tank. The Bypass goes through our bathrooms towel radiator. As an add on I use Hive thermostat and 5 hive Radiator valves in each room one. Despite the thermostat being off, the boiler still fires up and keeps the temperature between 70-80 degrees (temperature is set at 75) and an anti cycling symbol shows up from time to time. I can’t even turn the boiler of besides cutting the main. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
