Need to fit room divider, sensor found electric cables EVERYWHERE!

I have one of those hexagon playpens that comes apart to make a room divider. Simply drill some holes, screw in brackets and slide it on. When I checked for wires with a sensor though it showed they are all over the bottom part of the room. Surely cables can't be everywhere? Sensor too sensitive? How can I fit this safely though? Or how much would it cost to get it done?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Cables usually run Vertically or horizontally from one socket or switch to another ! How much will it cost to do ???? - Post the job and find out !

Unless you spend a lot of money,cable/pipe detectors are very poor:) There wont be cables everywhere,as explained by sbs.Put the job up for a handyman.
