Shower losing pressure and heat very randomly.

Have a Hansgrohe mixer shower which seems to have a mind of its own. The pressure will drop and then it will fluctuate hot and cold every 5 minutes whilst in the shower. When I remove the shower head and the sealing gasket with the net sealing the pressure seems to be immense and the pressure nor heat seems to drop, when I put both the seal and the shower head back on that’s when it runs hot and cold and the pressure drops. When I take off the sealing gasket and just put the head on it drips back. Any ideas of what it could be?
