Condensation on Corrugated Sheets for shed. Can I stop the droplets?

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.35 PM

Hi, I have fitted Corrugated Sheets for my shed but there is water dripping on the inside due to condensation. I have used insulation on the inside of the shed which causes the difference in temperature inside and outside. Is there anyway I can stop the droplets from forming?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

The only way to combat this is use insulated corrugated sheeting, or to create an air flow from eave to ridge. Hope this helps Regards Frankie BT Roofing Services

You're slightly restricted " doctoring " the main roof coverings what I assume are fibre cement. Eave vents, maybe some more side vents here and there if possible but typically a warm ish roof. Failing this 1optional is replace the existing material for something with better air flow characteristics. PVC membranes & Felt systems can all support roof vents and windows etc.
