How to fit a extraction hood if boiler took the only hole to the ourside?

Hi Please help me understand the possibility to fit the recirculation hood with my kitchen layout. I have the boiler closed to the window now and it occupied the only hole to the outside. If I need to fit this extraction hood in next to the boiler, how should I fit the hood ducting as there is no hole left? Can I dig a hole above the existing one? is there limitation about the distance of the holes?

No holes near the boiler flue as this is dangerous make hood recycling with charcoal filters
