Zanussi Oven ZOB343 - Not Heating Up
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.56 PM
On Wednesday, the power went out. It was revealed that the OVEN fuse had caused this. The oven (Zanussi Oven ZOB343) has the fan still spinning; the clock still working and the grill still heating up. However, the fan oven no longer heats. What would be the main cause for this ? Is this something I can fix myself or look for an appliance engineer? Also, does anyone know why when I post this job it keeps getting declined? Thanks

An appliance technician could replace the fan oven element or an electrician could do it. That's the most common reason. If you feel competent enough to change it yourself then go ahead. Just make sure the oven is unplugged or the circuit isolated before you do.

Most likely heat element needs to be replaced if you are not confident better call an electrician.

Hi,l think the heating element of the oven needs replacing, on most models is relatively easy to be done,if you check on buyspares.co.uk you can find replacement element and link on YouTube how to be changed, if you have never done it before l suggest you'd better don't.
Good luck
