Who should I contact regarding getting one of the above (with NOBO timer) repaired or replaced? I have posted a job on MyBuilder but have received no contacts regarding this job. Many thanks!
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

I’m v surprised no one has taken your job. It’s a simple enough job to replace and I’m afraid sometimes some trades men aren’t interested in small jobs. Contact any JIB electrician and I’m sure someone will take your job.

Yes you do need an electrician, no you don't need a JIB electrician, just one who is fully qualified. If the job is a simple repair or like for like swap then you don't even need any certification.
A lot of trades are very busy at the moment so maybe they don't have the time to do small jobs and some trades just aren't interested in small jobs.
If you're not getting any interest on this site then it may be time to search for a local reputable electrician & give them a call directly.
I'd also like to add that this site certainly is not full of cowboys! There are good & bad tradesmen out there, just the same as any industry, that's why it's important that you do your research & check the reviews of tradesman before you invite to quote.

Hi.
Any qualified electrician will be able to assist you with replacing your panel heater.
It might be the wording you’ve used to describe the job that might be the problem.
Sometimes if you use the wording that includes re wiring then the leads can be a little expensive so it makes the job unprofitable.
Call a local small contractor who will probably work out better value.
Hope this helps
