Hot water valve not working on electric toilet

Hi we have a nk porcelanosa electric toilet and the wash function is cold. It has always been warm so we are wondering how this has happened. There is a remote control which has a hot water button- this is showing as working but the water is definitely cold. Any ideas?

the mixer valve on the back of the unit has gone faulty and does not let the hot water through maybe blocked or need changing

These toilets have a mixer valve that is at the rear of the toilet that mixes the hot and cold incoming water and then can be set so that the outgoing flush water is at a constant set temp 34 - 40 Deg. C It could be that this valve has failed and needs replacing
