Repairing render on garden wall
Anonymous user 16/03/2024 - 2.38 PM
Hi, I got some walls in my back garden rendered 3 years ago with the top coat being K Rend TC10. There are 3 small areas where it has started to fall off. Can I just buy a tub of premixed TC10 and repair it?

You can only repair the holes but you will see the difference between the old and the new one, it is best to make repairs where necessary and after the whole wall

These modern renders are not fit for purpose
Lime render will outlive anything else as it can withstand freeze thaw and doesn't crack like cement or modern renders as yours has

it would be best to re render the whole wall so the finish is the same along the whole wall. if your not to bothered about differences then just the patches.
