Will and AirBrick help reduce damp/mould in our bedroom?

We've had mould and damp for a while, Permission from landlord to add an airbrick to help reduce the damp and add more ventilation into the room;

could be a multitude of reasons for this , adding an air brick will not necessarily help on its own & in fact may actually make the situation worse,
without looking at the whole issue its impossible to advise the best course of action

I would be honest with u an air brick would help to dry out cavity etc but I don’t think it would cure your problem it could be if it’s a bedroom the felt that to touches ur facia as worn away allowing water from ur roof to leak in the cavity good luck Craig

It's impossible to give an answer without seeing it could be roof felt gworn out dirty cavity dirty wall ties adding an air brick may cause more harm than good get a damp and mould specialists in black mould can be detrimental to your health .
