Fitting a flat sil on pvc french doors

I need to reduce the height of my pvc doors from 2220 with sil to 2190mm to help give some some allowance for my 2.5m building height rule. Can I use a flat sil pan system like the Americans seem to use?

Hey,
I've seen them used, but in cold climates they sort of turn into a cold bridge, not sure if you have thought about that. Could give you a lot of headache

Not sure if you have a pvc sub sil if so you can replace with capit. Which will take off 23 mm using capit instead
