Upvc window frames

Hi can someone help with what paint i can use for my internal window sill and window frames. Its all gone old and old paint on them just wanted to freshen it up with white paint some say to use dulux trade primer then satinwood paint on top or zinsser paint? I am confused to how to paint the upvc

You can buy specialist upvc primer (oil based) from brom paints. Then you can put what ever undercoat and glosd/satin you want👍

You can only have upvc windows respirated would not recommend to paint

I agree with D.J - Zinsser Allcoat exterior (can be used inside too) will go over PVC and give nice finish.

Dulux supergrip for a bonding primer after the required prep , I.e fine grit paper to degloss the surface for key and a good wash to remove any grease or contamination.
After the Supergrip ,you can use any oil based or water based satin , eggshell or gloss you like.
