Identifying a pneumatic duel flush valve

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 3.16 PM

The flush valve on my concealed cistern is leaking water into the toilet itself. I’ve taken a picture of the valve itself but cannot find a replacement anywhere on-line. Can anybody advise on the best way to identify the valve? Is it a possibility that it’s a discontinued part. The whole bathroom is three year old?

Of course pictures will be very useful, but you can try to look inside into the concealed cistern. Usually in the back side should be make name and model number. This information will help you to find a replacement part. Hope this helps.
