Just skimed over a ceiling useing easy fill , should i pva it or will it be ok to just emulsion it . used pva prior to skimming.

as bjd says painting over pva is not great as it tends to peel off ...just put a mist coat {paint and water mixed together } let it dry and then 2 coats of emulsion..good luck..

Should be fine with a good rub down then a mist coat and 2 coats of emulsion

Treat it the same way as new plaster.... Mist coat and 2 full coats!!
