Garage water coming through underground

Hi dont know if its the correct trade i need but i need some help please. I have a garage on a semi detached house in the back garden where the water is coming through the ground roofs fine but when it rains the inside side is always wet and always has a puddle i have had someone sand and cement the outside area so water does not come in but it seems like it has not worked i also dont have any drainage on the roof its a concrete garage

First of all check that the ground surrounding the garage is no hire than the floor on the outside, if it is and its possible lower the ground 150mm lower than your garage floor on the in side, if this doesn't work you my have to look into were the water is actually penetrating the garage, when you find were the water is entering the garage there are a number of options , drainage channels, soak away , water proofing, hope this helps

Need to dig a small trail hole in floor to see in ground underneath is wet .if no water from roof has to be water from underground .poss house does run to a old soakawayvunder garage

I have come across this many times. Most garages are single skin walls. So if ground is higher outside garage than concrete floor level only thing can be done is dig a trench on outside that goes lower than concrete floor level. Place damp proof membrane up the outside wall. And chase it in to brick mortar joint like a flashing. Then backfill with gravel and this should solve your problem. Rainwater will not penetrate wall then snd go around garage.
