Overflow pipe dripping when using shower
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.55 PM
Hi, my overflow pipe drips when I only use the shower. The overflow pipe in question is on the first floor of my house, not the overflow guarding the cold water loft tank. The shower is electric, not mixer type and is being fed directly from mains supply which feeds the loft tank. Thanks more info ...vented system to the best of my knowledge. The tank is copper, fed from loft tank and not directly fed from mains pressure. The plumbing to the shower is done by a t-piece branched off of the mains supply which feeds the loft tank. Just checked toilet cisterns on first floor and noticed high level on one (10mm above mark), adjusted float screw and will monitor next time shower is used. Thanks again
