External Rendering

Hi, I need some advise on external rendering rendering. I am looking for smooth finish or think glittering. Which is better Monocouche or krend? The rendering can only be done up to the damp course. There would be some bricks left at the end. What can we put on there? Thanks

Render finish rubbed up with sponge gives It a lovely finish for outside rendering..inside obviously you’ll need to skim.. outside render after floating the wall which will live it a smoother the sponge make it look much better

To be totally honest I wouldn't reccomend either of those finishes I would stick traditional method sand/cement/lime the problem with k rend and monocouche is being a textured finish after the 4 seasons hass hammered it the colour stains especially where you might have leaky guttering a lot of builders I work for has stopped using it for
for that reason and if you live near the sea it really doesn't like salt
